Dear Participant,

Congratulations on being selected for participating in an Erasmus+ Mobility!

To register for a placement, please fill in the Participant Form.

The form takes about 20 mins to complete.

Before starting, here you have some important instructions:

– You will need a valid Gmail account (you don’t know how to get one? Click here);

– You will need to upload some files, make sure to have ready:

• an updated CV in .pdf format;
• a scanned copy of a valid ID (ID card/passport for EU citizens or passport and visa/permit of stay for non-EU citizens) and EU Health Card in .pdf format front and back;
• your vaccine certificate in .pdf format;
• a 1 minute video presenting yourself (optional).
